Can I return an item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days for unused items in their original packaging, subject to our Returns Policy.

What items cannot be returned?

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on consumables like gloves, masks, and opened medical devices.

Do you supply medical oxygen?

Yes, we supply oxygen cylinders, concentrators, refills, and related accessories.
